GMRTS processes the data you connect through the growth loop: ad platform performance and campaign data, storefront orders and catalog information, and CRM contact and deal records. We also process the account details you provide when you sign up, such as your name, work email, and company.

We only access the platforms you explicitly connect, and only within the permission scopes you approve during setup.

Connected data is used to operate the growth loop for your account: detecting opportunities, generating creative, building campaigns, forecasting outcomes, and running tests within the guardrails you set.

We use your contact details to create your account, send your login credentials, and communicate with you about your service. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one customer's connected data to benefit another.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Connection tokens are stored encrypted and are cleared when you disconnect a platform. Access to production data is restricted to what is required to operate and support the service.

We retain connected data for as long as your account is active and the connection remains in place. When you disconnect a platform or close your account, the associated tokens are cleared and connected data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period.

We share data with infrastructure and processing providers strictly as needed to run the service, including the email provider used to deliver your account communications. These providers act on our instructions and are bound to protect the data.

We may disclose information where required by law.

You control which platforms are connected and can revoke any connection at any time. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us through the details on our Contact page.
